Nick Cluney is the founder of Vanguarde Analytics, a bespoke residential real estate buyers agency established in 2019 to exclusively service buyers.
With over 30 years of experience in the ultra-competitive world of investment banking, Nick has a thorough understanding of what it takes to deliver premium service to clients and manage the risks associated with real estate transactions.

At a personal level Nick has been buying and selling property in Australia since 1997 which has served as invaluable first-hand experience to understand the challenges, highs, lows and everything in between which comes with a property transaction. A number of the purchases were completed while living overseas in Asia –
